i feel so mixed up inside
lately i have the feeling my thoughts are pressed into my skull
there is not enough space inside my skull
the pressure is so big
sometimes it feels like my brain is touching the inside of the skull
sometimes my the parts behind my nose seem to explode
it hurts
it hurts for real
what should i do???
